Building your experience
If you’ve just left school or college, you may think that you don’t have the experience employers are looking for.
Don’t worry. First of all, you might have more experience than you realise. Think about the experiences you had at school or college (such as, working with IT or in a business project) or through your hobbies (such as, being part of a team or organising trips with your friends).
You can also boost your experience and skills by volunteering or doing some work experience. In addition, employers are often drawn to people who are actively developing themselves.
