- It can be hard to know how to write a CV with little or no work experience, but everyone has experience.
- There are many skills that you’ll have developed outside the workplace, for example, through volunteering, hobbies, caring or community activities.
- These could include ‘transferable’ skills that most employers would value, such as team working, communication, adaptability and time management.
- List your achievements on your CV – even though you may not have much work experience, a list of other achievements shows that you are an effective person with something to offer.
- Use a ‘hobbies and interests’ section in your CV to demonstrate skills or experience relevant to the role you’re applying for.
