DWP is currently recruiting Universal Credit Case Review Agents and Work Coaches.
Case Review Agents are responsible for managing Universal Credit case reviews and conducting interviews with DWP claimants by telephone or in person.
Work Coaches provide advice to DWP claimants, supporting them to find work and helping them to access our services.
