Speaker 1: I actually worked in hospitality for 12 years. I was laid off. Now I'm working in retail after this whole thing started. I'm finding my experience interesting and nice. I had to figure out something because, obviously, I have bills to pay. I've considered the retail sector because I feel there's a lot of similarities in terms of the daily tasks, and the business, in general, is very similar to hospitality. So, I thought that there would be quite a lot of transferable skills that I could use to quickly adapt into the retail world. In my new role, I'm trying to apply a lot of ways of implementing projects on customer service. Speaker 1: Multitasking, I think it's something that is transferrable as well. I was actually fantasizing about changing careers at a certain point, just out of curiosity, more than anything. I didn't have enough courage to try something new, and now that I could try something new, I can safely say that I see this as an opportunity to develop my career further. I have everything that I need to keep myself safe, so they provide us with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, there's all kinds of procedures in place right now. I definitely enjoy my job. I feel only good things happens from this experience. So, I would encourage anyone that even has a small thought of joining to join.
